Performance Tested™ Lumber is a cost-effective means to get predictable strength and structural reliability.

We put this lumber through a rigorous grading and quality control process to deliver a premium product suited for demanding structural applications. We alone offer the availability of four major lumber species (Southern Pine, Douglas Fir, Hem-Fir, SPF) in multiple sizes and grades to help you improve design efficiencies and optimize performance. Our performance tested lumber is well suited for manufacturing roof and floor trusses, glue-laminated beams, or as a consistent and predictable part of floor joist and wall framing.
